International Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Global Express and International customers receive their orders in 5-7 days, however depending upon the country it can take longer. Customers are responsible for any import taxes, VAT, or customs fees due, if any, to that country. We do reserve the right to reject shipping to some countries. Please choose the appropriate International Zone for your region when ordering online or your order may be delayed in being processed.

USA Orders

We strive to process all orders received within 48 hours, however most orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail within 24 hours. There is an additional $1.00 handling/packing charge for each order. In some instances certain orders are shipped by FedEx or other shippers at our discretion. Allow at least 3 days and up to 5 business days for delivery. You can email us first with special shipping instructions and we will try to make provisions.

Any guarantees made are by the shipping company such as US Postal Service, DHL, FedEx, etc.

Please allow that it may be up to 48 hours before your order is processed and shipped via our default US Priority Mail shipping, though most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Please allow for weekends and holidays when ordering. All orders on weekends are shipped on Monday or the next business day during holidays or a holiday weekend. All shipping delivery times are based on each specific carrier's policy and are not guaranteed by AudioWhiz.

Please double check your shipping address as this can delay your order if it's incorrect.

Orders paid by check will not be shipped until the check clears the bank, please allow an additional 7-10 days if you pay by check.

USPS Overnight Express (when available) does require a signature, so please make provisions to receive your package.  If a package is returned due to being unclaimed, additional shipping charges may be applied when re-shipped.

Read This Please:
On some occasions carriers do leave packages at the delivery site without someone actually receiving the package. Their policy is to only do this when it is agreed to by the receiving party. We have had instances of this happening and the package then disappears, we have no control of these circumstances. Once the carrier delivers the package we have no recourse for recovery from them as they have completed the terms of their service, as have we completed the terms of our service to you. Please be sure to make arrangements to secure the delivery of your package. If this happens to you then we will strive to get replacement tapes to you at a nominal cost plus shipping. Our 90 day replacement guarantee is for products that tear up or fail during operation once the products have been received and are being used. Please understand our policy on this since we can not afford to replace products that were delivered and through no fault of our own either misplaced or stolen.
