Do you have discussion and tutorial audios or just Question & Answer?

We have both. Many of our products are currently in a question and answer and explanation format. Again this depends upon the product. Our newer products released are in a review audiocram format with questions and answers following the audio review. Please check the specific product page for the format.

Are your questions just like the tests?

Some may be very much like the test, while others may not appear on the test. However our questions are not actual questions from the actual tests.

We also do not use brain dumps in our material. Our study material targets the objectives for the tests and is written by independent contract writers who research the objectives and write the study material. We feel you should LEARN the material, not memorize it for testing purposes only.

Our products are designed as an aid to help you study and learn the material that the tests may cover in conjunction with your other study materials. With a question pool such as the tests use, there is no way to predict what collection of questions you may receive on your test.

Learning and knowing the material in detail is the best way to be prepared for the tests and to help you in your career.

Does your CDs cover the whole course?

It is literally impossible to cover a complete course on a one hour or even two hour CD(s). We do strive to cover most of the objectives set out for the tests. We do not try to sell our product as a single solution to passing the test, but only as an additional tool to use when studying.

Will your product guarantee me to pass the test?

NO. Our products are designed as an aid to help you study and learn some of the material that the tests may cover in conjunction with your other study materials.

No we don't guarantee you will pass the test. We can't do this since this is up to the individual and how much work they put into their studies and hands on training of the product. You can click here to read in detail about our 90 day guarantee.

Are these Audio CDs or mp3 files?

These are CDs in audio CD format. Our CDs do have several tracks on them to allow skipping around on the CD. Again we stress that currently ALL of our products are in AUDIO format, no pictures or text are on the CDs. We may offer mp3 files at some time in the future, but currently our products are in CD form only.

What are the payment options listed on the check out menu and why so many?

We try to offer our customers several ways to complete their order in the event they have problems. Servers do sometimes go down, firewalls can cause problems and some browsers do not have enough encryption bits to be compatible. Below are the options:

Secure Credit Card using AuthorizeNet - Our preferred method to receive your order. Sometimes however there can be incompatibilities or problems connecting. This is the fastest method to get your order processed. The other options do require manual input and verification of card info and are completed in batches, which may delay the processing of the order.

Mail-In Check/Money Order/Credit Card - You can use the shopping cart to choose all of your items, check this option then check out, you will be presented with a form to print and mail to us with your payment.
