I thought, I should write you to let you know that your audios have helped me more than you can imagine. I used your tapes from the very first day I start studying for a particular subject. I listen to it over and over until I know exactly what the questions and answers mean. (I'd say at least 6 times) I do study with other materials, however all the wasted time sitting idle in the car driving and sometimes at work, I am able to listen to your tapes.

"Good morning Mr.Knuckles.I am the guy you spoke with yesterday about the tapes. Exchange 5.5 & IIS 4. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for the NT.Server &  TCP/IP tapes.They are on the money.I would not have passed the TCP/IP exam without it.My  job involves driving all day ,so they are a perfect learning tool for me.

I listen to your tapes all day ,especially when I am in traffic.Imagine my surprise when I had at least TEN questions  from your tape on my exam! Questions involving nbtstat, netstat, tracert, setting up the dns server as a forwarder,cache.dns,incorrect subnet mask,the server not being set up to use the wins service, incorrect ip address etc.Your TCP/IP tape is the BOMB!

The fact that I am ordering more tapes speaks for itself. If Exchange server 5.5 & IIS4.0 are half as good as  SERVER & TCP/IP I will be satisfied.

I tested last night and passed the NT Workstation 4.0 70-073 exam
with a 900 out of a possible 1000. 

I used your audio cd for NT Workstation and it was a fine preparation tool.  Actually, it was harder than the exam itself!  I feel that your cd product helped me prepare when I was not able to read but could only listen, commuting to work and traveling on business. 

What a fantastic concept.  I would and am recommending these study aids to everyone who is on the Microsoft Track.  Keep those products coming.
